I'm been flying to Bangalore via Dubai on Sunday/Monday and the planes happened to be exactly as predicted, 77W for EK004, no lie flat, ICE, 332 for EK516 ...
BUT ... to my utmost surprise, on this last flight I've been upgraded to First !!!!
Does Emirates do that often or is it just a total chance out of the blue.

I have to say that I've received both my boarding passes in Heathrow.

Thanks for any ideas on this one ...
