Tumi is great, but overpriced. I switched to Tumi when Hartmann started charging for repairs.

When my Tumi rolling garment bag was "mishandled (and never showed up), i was going to buy another but was talked into Briggs and Riley because of UNCONDITIONAL guarantee.

It breaks, is cut, airplane rolls over bag...whatever, it is repaired at no charge, forever.

Ya can't beat that. Plus it's less expensive than Tumi or Hartmann.
