hm, I'm pissed. on my "full" 1P qualifying flight DUS-ORD on 12/31, I didn't even get a rock much less a "thank you." haven't been on a UA plane since (not because I wasn't mass-salaamed by the crew or anything, it just worked out that way).

how do crew know when someone's status odometer ticks over from 2P to 1P or 1K? I'd imagine all that's on the manifest is the pax' status in effect when they get on the plane.
