You have nothing to lose, but perhaps a lot to gain by calling UA and saying that you never got your 6 SW that was supposed to be included. Seemingly, each SW has a unique number such that UA knows who it was issued to. Thus, if I were you, I'd call UA, say you never got them, tell them to go ahead and even void the 6 missing SW, and reissue 6 more new ones. There's no such thing as having too many SWs.
