There are 1K SWU's in the hands of some board members here (not me sadly!) that have taken their owners over 100,000 miles as they were never asked for them at gates. That will never happen with EUG SWU.

What DOES happenn with EUGs is that they can steal TEN off me 3 weeks ago for no reason and with no permission, and to date have not put them back, wasting my time, needing a call, a typed letter, and annoying me.

Paper is king. Possession is nine tenths of the law. If you are a 1K you KNOW they are paper as UA have mailed them to you, so why be "surprised" to have an agent tell you you need the paper Cert? If you had 8 posted this seems to be the case - at least 2 were presumably the selected gift from 2000 in which case you were a 1K before early November or had no option to get those, in which case you asked for 6 x paper late 2000 as well? You have been a FT member for 7 months, and in that time there have been 100s of threads here that refer to paper SWU.
