Don't use the term "IFE" to a FA. They have no idea what it means, in my experience. I had two or three of them start mocking me when I asked them to "reset the IFE" - got comments like "IFE, ABC, XYZ he thinks he knows how the plane works".

Call it the "audio" or "entertainment". "IFE" seems to be an FT-specific abbreviation rather than an industry term.
