hi...

i recently took 2 flights within germany (agb to fra and back). had a economy ticket. after 8 weeks still no mileage credit in my ua mileage plus account. so i sent in boarding passes and a copy of the ticket. i got a letter back that said: this segment is not elegible for mileage credit.

the rules in the membership-guide says:

lufthansa: europe - us 100% miles in economy, all other filghts 50% of miles (500 miles minimum).

as far as i understand this, i should get at least 500 miles for each of those flights.

anybody had similar experience or has a suggestion?
