Who cares about honesty here. The fact is they are nickle and diming the higher margin customers. I'm tired of the continual degradation of service.
These ppl are ridiculous that run the show at AC. Times are good, loads are high and revenue is steady. The AC product is being recognized around the world for the innovation in fares offered, service in Exec and Exec 1st so this is not a time to reduce the offerings.
From a purely economic point one could understand that the demand for the premium cabin is not elastic to the offerings provided on board. In other words if AC cuts in flight service people will still continue to pay the premium fares, they know this and are capitalizing on my wallet and diminishing the value I receive for the product paid.
Makes you wonder what is going to be cut when times get tough again.
