Check-in cutoff would be 7:15 p.m. so you should be fine. Sunday night traffic is generally not too bad, sometimes a few minutes delay to get on the Gardiner Expressway, but there are no games that I am aware of at the Air Canada Centre or the Rogers Centre this Sunday. With US Customs, soonest is always best. If travelling by taxi, you should get to the airport by 6:30 which on a Sunday night should give you plenty of time to deal with the formalities if you get right to it.
