One of the best things about United's web site is that it shows other airlines flights to compare. But now that it will not show you lower fares than the one you picked, it is less useful. I selected a Frontier flight a couple of days ago, and the site didn't tell me about a UNITED flight that was less expensive. I also checked a possible flight to SIN, and the best fare I could get at united.com was $2807. On Travelocity, $892. This web site is going downhill, and that is after one of my CTO "angels" told me that UAL considers the internet to be the least expensive, and therefore best, way of distributing tickets. And they still don't have a way to use coupons or vouchers on the site either. I am going to try itn.com to see if it still has those (sorely needed) features. Daze
