I just hope they don't have Spanair handling their ground services especially baggage services. They had me pick up my delayed luggage from the airport the following day because they do not deliver baggage to passengers. I had to pay a taxi to and from the airport to retrieve my delayed bags
I sent them a written complaint 7 weeks ago and still have not received a reply.
I also hope AC will invest some advertising money in Spain to promote this route.
It would be nice if the feds stepped up to the plate and reinstated the money that was taken out of promoting tourism to Canada. We do have a $14 billion surplus after all...
It also appears AC will be adding some more codeshare destinations.
Based on filings approved by the CTC, Shanghai Airlines will be codesharing AC's china flights which likely means AC will be able to codeshare to secondary destinations in China via PVG. And AC has been approved for codesharing to Serbia and Croatia, and can operate its own aircraft or codeshare to Kuwait. I have a hard time seeing AC metal in Kuwait City, but a codeshare seems likely.
