When I called UA, I suggested the 0700 LGA departure. That would have put me in DFW at 12:30. Very late for my 24 hours in town.

I decided to keep the Mesa flight to IAD and the EMB 170 to DFW.

I did consider LGA/DEN/DFW, but that would have made a real dent in my time.

The good thing is that I sat in row 3 on the 170. It has 2 feet of legroom. ^

I also got more miles for less flying with LGA/IAD/DFW vs LGA/ORD/DFW.
Look it up.
