Still wouldnt waive it- even though making a mixed class open jaw which is unbookable online, but still, it is better than £20+ fee.

My parents booked their 2-4-1 ticket in the last couple of weeks (J into YYZ/ out of YVR) and were charged this amount. Not sure if and when the system will be able to cope or the fee will change. Any ideas?
