Thats what I'm afraid of. Its a low frequency noise.. and if the unit is
mounted on the floor without any soft/shock absorbing padding, it could
transmit that noise through the floor.

we do not want to use active noise cancellation or white noise to
mask these these noise. Just wont work that well for us.

the most apparent noise out side the door is the noise of server
fans, but once thats taken care of.. I think the AC noise will become
obvious. I'd rather deal with all of it in one shot.
