TL - we always take pre-prepared formula milk with us on flights (cartons of SMA) - a lot less hassle and in the original carton accepted at security as baby milk (although they may ask you to taste it, we've never had this happen). never cease to be amazed at the variations at different airports re the wee one going through security - we have to carry him, they carry him, stroller through walk-thro' scanner, stroller through XR machine, ok with his shoes on, no, they have to come off etc. etc!!!! the lack of consistency doesn't make it easy when you're trying not to hold everyone behind you up!
