Thanks, Bluenose, for your very informative answer. At least I know what to expect and so I won't be disappointed. And having the only economy class leg at the start of my trip means that things improve for the rest of my trip and I get the limos from and to Birmingham. (I won't be using the limo at CHC as I'm flying on to Blenheim).
