Not that I have a particular admiration for that company, but the Blockbuster Video outfit in my neighborhood has a big sign on the window:
Our Employees are Authorized, Empowered, EXPECTED to take care of you on the spot.

If they go to the trouble for a lousy $3.00 DVD, perhaps some UA employees need a little reminder.
