I use FA the most when speaking, followed by GA and TA, usually after having used FA in the immediate context. I don't say AC. I say "club" when talking with my fellow travelers.
Likewise.
I sometimes say "pax" as well. I never use "AC" or "FL" for that matter, outside of FT. Other terms? I sometimes use "op-up," but never UPG.
I generally don't say my status level, though I usually lay my Executive Platinum card on the counter when asking for something peculiar where I feel they have discretion, and might say an automatic "no" without it - like "Can you tell me where on the upgrade list I am?" or "Can you tell me if my upgrade cleared?" or "Would you please put me on the standby list? even when it has a ton of people on it, or "Do you think I have any chance of getting a better seat?"

I think this is generally true at AA as well, but
925's examples are cases where a harried agent might simply say "no" (probably more politely, but still...) without checking.
