I sometimes say "pax" as well. I never use "AC" or "FL" for that matter, outside of FT. Other terms? I sometimes use "op-up," but never UPG.

I think this is generally true at AA as well, but 925's examples are cases where a harried agent might simply say "no" (probably more politely, but still...) without checking.
