However you point is well taken it really is a bad Business class... however UA AA and Delta etc. also have crapy domestic Business service... so maybe thats the excuse.??? yikes i am sounding like an apologist.

UA has started a PS service from NYC to the West Coast and it really is international Business service on a domestic route. they have a 757 plane with F then Business and then Premium economy.... NO Economy.
Still better than intra-Euro C which is really an overpriced Y seat.
