Checked it out and I think I have it right. It is the type of property that matters, not its location.

Also, the language in the T&S doesn't mention conference destinations, it instead mentions "Conference Center" which at least to my ear sounds like the intent was to describe a specific class of properties.

If conference center simply meant that at one time or another the property hosted a conference would make virtually all properties covered. Additionally, it would remove the need to mention Resorts as an additional exclusion in the language (Unless the T&C's were purposely written to be misleading - which is something that SPG tends not to do, unlike some other brands).

Is there anyway you can research what the intent was of the folks that wrote that particular line of the T&C's? Because how it seems to be used now it seems like the language "subject to availability and Resorts and Conference Centers" can be simplified to "subject to availability".
Don't have to research it at all. I had this discussion last month with the powers that be...and the intent is exactly as I posted it. Now, I can certainly make a suggestion that the T&C's get closer to the intent, but it is what is.
