The best areas of Palermo are indeed Palermo Chico, Barrio Parque, or the section of Palermo that is facing the parks, right next to the Residence of the US Ambassador (Av. John F. Kennedy between Libertador and Cerviño). Also, the stretch of Av. Libertador between the end of the Polo Grounds (cross street with Bullrich/J.B. Justo) until Plaza Alemania is also some of the best/most prized real estate in town.
