Nothing too unusual here. ba.com seems to get very confused over taxes, fees and charges on routes with multiple London airports and on the initial pages seem to add the highest values on (the highest usually belong to LCY departures, with LHR next and LGW the lowest).

ba.com then sorts itself out when it gets to the final summary page.
