As I mentioned, I became a 1K for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Today I got my 1K kit and it had no SWUs and the letter didn't mention them.

I called UA today twice. The first time I didn't really like the rep. The second time I asked about getting the SWUs as a new 1K, was given the party line, told the rep that other people had gotten the letter by mistake that offered 6 SWUs this year and I would like to get the same thing. She put me on hold to speak to a super, came back and said they are mailing out the 6 SWUs "as a special exception."
