Earlier this morning I had to call the EXP desk because there was a schedule change on one of my reses.

I thought I would use the change to change a VERY early flight from BOS-MIA to a later one. No go because the schedule change was only a flight # change.

The reason I posted here is that the great EXP agent,(she is one of my regular contacts when I need to fix something) explained to me that any time change allows them to change the itn or refund a ticket. ANY TIME CHANGE. I have read here that it has to be a minmum of at least 1/2 or 1 hour. She disagreed and told me once again, ANY TIME CHANGE.

I never had a need to cancel a ticket but I was able to change flights once there were time changes and couple of times it was a mere 5-10 minute change.
