It takes at least 2 years for an agent to be good, so imagine how much info is out there.
I join the previous poster in thanking you for participating here. I am quite pleased with the relatively recent, open participation of so many DL employees.
Just a quick question regarding your "2 years" comment above. How are SMS agents chosen? Is that a permanent post, or do agents rotate in and out of SMS, depending on shift, schedule, etc.? I've always thought that agents were assigned to SMS based on senority or some other criteria, and once assigned there, it was a permanent post. However, with some folks receiving inconsistent service levels from SMS, it makes me wonder if all DL rez agents get a crack at it sooner or later.
