No. That is a site to refer your friends to join MP. We are referring to e-certs that are given out to UA employees to (privately) distribute to friends and family. Or random strangers, but point is that it's done at the discretion of the employee and has nothing to do with any particular website (except united.com, which is where the e-cert is redeemed).
