This summer I recently received Avis President's Club status and for the first time also qualified for Hertz President's Circle. I'd appreciate any comments from frequent renters about which program may potentially provide the better upgrades consistently.

I always understand that upgrades are a courtesy and am not disappointed when they do not work out. I usually always rent a full size car. Usually with Hertz I receive a premium category vehicle. Just curious with Avis whether I might have a better chance of receiving an upgrade to a prestige vehicle like a Cadillac.
