The first couple years, I tried to have every detail scheduled, then I realized that these are adults who are well travelled. They know how to rent a car, find a bus schedule, call a cab, or decide how they want to spend their afternoon. Decide what
you want to plan, then let other people do add on's... as long as they don't conflict with yours.. it seems to work out fine.
