That's a possibility. The lowest fare BOS-NRT will book CO V and pricing out NRT-BKK on the NW site bumps you up to M class (vs. Q class for an all NW BOS-BKK itinerary). Those all earn 100% EQMs but independently they also add $500 to the cost vs. an all NW itinerary. Maybe I'll just give CO a call and see what they can price out for me.
