Oops, Sorry I did not even think to look for the removal of the Hawaii restriction. Yes, the Hawaii restriction has been removed! On the front there is no longer the wording (excludes Hawaii) and on the back, item #2 "Valid Routing" it used to say "...not valid on flights to/from Hawaii, except when member is a resident of Hawaii..." now it just says "...anywhere United flies...".
