Review of my first CO trip

Last weekend was my first trip on CO and I thought it would be interesting to provide a review.

First, let me start by saying I have been flying DL and VS over the past few years. Also, when I needed to fly this past weekend, I tried usair as they fly direct to where I needed to go for a bit cheaper than CO. I called USair and got "pangook" (yes that's how she spelled it) in phillipines who was of no help - just a robot - her manager "breflip" was also of no use.

I then called CO and got "Sheila" who helped me out tremendously - and was one of the best calls I have ever had to an airline. The return call was basically the same.

Flights were on a baby plane - erj145 and they gave me a priority seat - upon check-in, i asked about a row with 2 open seats and they gave me that and held the 2nd seat - and treated me with respect.

The flights themselves were fine - coming back there were 2 female pilots - I think this was my first time ever seeing even one female pilot. The planes were about 90-95% full and going there were 6 crying infants on board. The flights were 1.5 hrs each way.

I walk away from my first CO experience as very satisfied.
