I am a UA 1P member and will be flying a domestic segment on CA. I know CA is not a member of *A yet, but will I be able to use the domestic CA or airport contracted lounge at PEK with my 1P card?

CA is not in *A yet. Even if it was, PEK-SHA is not an international segment so it's unclear if *G's will ever get lounge access on such flights.
