I too have horrible wind when I fly. I thought it was just me! Fortunately the farts never seem to smell.

I used to try and hold it, but that had horrible consequences for my "well being in the air" so now I just let rip. I have had moderate success with Mylanta anti-gas tablets. They help, but don 't clear it up completely.
