Cheapest way to buy a gift check with a credit card
So far I only know of AMEX gift checks, is there any other cheaper one. Not looking for prepaid cards, unless they allow cheap/free withdrawals.

Re: AMEX would 8 $100 checks be 20+shipping (5.95)?
