Travelman, I had the same situation with having to pick up a paper ticket, not as much of a problem for me being in downtown Chicago. I don't really understand why I had to pick up a ticket 3 days in advance. I was getting it for myself, so there should have been no question of needing ID. Even if they need to "issue" the ticket 3 days in advance, why did I have to pick it up 3 days in advance?
