Yeah that one is a pain. Using IE for one and Firefox for the other will work, but will be very annoying. Not sure if you can do much about that one. I'm assuming that you are logging into (assuming Windoze) with the same account?

If using separate accounts, I'm pretty sure Firefox will keep cookies etc in your user/home directory.. well it does in Linux at least. You could always configure it to do it under Windoze if it isn't the default.
