According to our beloved NZZ, they do not longer. They did on SR but with the demise of that vehicle, the more subtle and silent form of Nepotism was resurrected.

But unlike the Bundestagsabgeordnete, the Swiss folks can burn their miles at will and their local fiscal authorities can tax them - also at will .
