From the article:
Merrick Falkenstein is a million-mile man. That's how many miles the president of promotion products supplier, ESP Wholesale, figures he logs every year. He racks them up with his twice-monthly business flights to see suppliers in China and elsewhere in the world.
Hmmm, the earth's circumference at the equator is about 25,000 miles, so a million miles a year would require 40 complete circumnavigations. 24 trips a year doesn't quite seem to do it.
