SYD-PER on a 743 will probably give you the most comfortable ride if your doing it for the sake of miles and not to visit anywhere. SYD-PER-CBR makes for a nice run, or SYD-PER//BME-SYD is a nice open jaw leg.
A new route has started up, BNE-KTA, one flight a week on Tuesdays - comes in at 2334 miles. The biggest downside is the plane continues on to PER, rather than turning around, so no same day turn-around is possible (same with the KTA-BNE flight - the plane comes from PER, so leaves before the BNE flight arrives). But if you want to fly cross-country with a bunch of miners (rather than minors), this is the flight to take!
