Regarding China Highlights.

They are great organization to use. They are significantly higher in price than other travel agents but they really know how to make it easy for foreigners.

We used Ctrip for most of our flight needs but when we needed a complicated connections or when Ctrip was sold out, China Highlights came through for us.

They have local guides pick you up and deliver you to your destination without cost. If especially you don't speak any chinese, they are quite handy.
