The only time in the last 10 years that I booked a Greyhound trip Mesquite-Las Vegas, the bus failed to make its scheduled stop in Mesquite. Even full busses (this one was not) are required to drive by their stop - no repercussions came to the driver. I spent 3 hours trying to get through / on hold only to find out that this frequently occurs. I enjoy Amtrak - it is never early, but it is reliable.
