Is there a trick to scanning the barcode? I tried to do this on Friday afternoon and never could get the code to scan. I saw the laser from the scanner, but it never took the barcode.
Your boarding pass from home needs to be placed on the counter with the laser hitting the bar code. That is the only way it will work. Holding your bp in the air while shaking it around in front of the laser will not work.
