I tried a search but there doesn't seem to be much information on Avis President's club.

I received a frequent-renter application from Amex and enroled with Avis. My profile now shows 'Preferred President's Club.' Is this level above Avis First? I see no mention on the Avis website of President's club so I've no idea what the benefits are.
