That's the point, the internal revenue code ain't the constitution... but the internal revenue code. (BTW, im no accountant, and infact I am being audited as we speak but thankfully high priced accountants take care of that for me. In other words, they sent me "their boys" and in reply I've sent mine... Now let see who has a bigger bat)
