I am starting to plan an extended family get-together somewhere in Florida. Families will be arriving from different areas (out of state and South Florida). Location does not matter, although I am leaning toward west coast, for sunsets. I am looking for suggestions of areas, specific developments, realty companies, etc., where I can find 2 or 3 adjoining houses to rent. Location must be oceanfront. If you are familiar with the Outer Banks, I am looking to duplicate the environment of Duck or Corolla.

Many websites, like vrbo.com, have many offerings, but not adjacent properties (or it is too much work to contact the respective owners).
