I also just love the way she added "sir" after her statement that this was info I did not need to know. Adding "sir" after such a statement is really just adding insult to injury, and more sarcastic than polite. Too many service personell think that they are giving great service just by adding "sir" to every statement, even though they are perfectly rude!
