EQM/EQS junkies - need advice
I was scheduled to fly IAD-JFK this morning. Flight was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. As this was a one day trip for a lunch meeting, I opted to cancel as it would have been insufficient time for my meeting.
UA rep quickly and efficiently refunded my non-refundable ticket as it was their fault and it would have been a trip in vain. Happy ending on this part.
However, I really wish I could have the EQM/EQS for this flight. Is this something worth appealing to MP Cutomer Service or do I simply need to right it off and move on?
