In past experience, the updates show up on your account page but don't start showing up until about two months into the promo period. So if your Mileathon started on Sept 1st, don't look for the update until Nov 1st at the earliest. It might not be the most timely update but, in past experience, it is very accurate - no need to beg for the qualifying points.
