I'd like to have them posted right away as a single seat remains on the award flight we have our eyes on. I know the UA website says that a transfer takes 5 to 7 business days, though I am not sure why. I assume since that is not a fixed period, it is because a human being must put the transfer through. Does anyone know if there is a way to contact the people who do this -- directly or indirectly -- to see if the process can be sped up?
