The ANA website says that it's 1500 miles from Haneda to Hongqiao. That means an in-flight time of 3 hours or so.
The schedule says 3 hours and ten minutes for Haneda-Hongqiao and 3 hours and twenty minutes for Narita-Pudong.
And then there's the sticker shock for Friday's flights: 151,000 yen—40% more than I just paid to fly to Tampa FL on the 29th.
